Jeremy Florat
Graduated in Engineering and Commerce, I built myself and my career throughout my international experience (France, UK, Russia, Switzerland). The impact and influence of various cultures are certainly the source of my passion for Consulting. My life purpose was found: generate personal satisfaction and professional success.
After having developed successfully some other firms for the last 15 years as an Executive Search & Recruitment Expert, the creation of JFL Consulting was my logical next step in my professional life journey. I have founded the firm with the willingness to push further the collaboration performance and to continue to challenge the status-quo by innovating in a historical sphere.
Today JFL Consulting is building its Recruitment & Executive Search solutions around 3 main axes: Recruitment Performance, Employer Branding and Business Partner.
